Who We Are

Air Conditioning by San Souci is primarily engaged in the business of servicing, maintaining, selling, and installing heating and air conditioning systems within the Bonita Springs, Naples, and Ft. Myers, Florida area. The company was founded in 1981 by Paul San Souci. In 2011, Pennsylvania native Don Miller, with nearly 30 years of industry experience, purchased the business from Paul. The company currently operates with ten full-time employees.

Air Conditioning by San Souci prides itself in specializing in the residential and small commercial markets. We are proud to be a factory authorized dealer for Lennox and Rudd heating and air conditioning equipment, but we do service all makes and models.

Part of the philosophy at Air Conditioning by San Souci is providing customers with the comfort of knowing their investment up front, as all service work is provided on a "flat rate" basis, and is not billed on time and material. This provides you with the security of knowing the price of the work prior to starting any repair.
